‘’ KADDO BODDONG ‘’
Kaddo Boddong is a cake of ground Bugis. This cake is
usually eaten during morning and afternoon. These cakes made from rice flour
and contain grated. Coconut mixed with brown sugar. Kaddo Boddong is made by
mixed the flour, hot water, and salt, the strain the mixture in a plastic container,
after that heat teflon and fill the dough bit by bit, and then wait for about
one minute. After cooked lift Kaddo Boddong and sugar and roll the cake Kaddo
Boddong enjoy together delicious in hot tea.
